The aim of this questionnaire is to gain valuable feedback from parents, and help us understand your perceptions of the quality of your child’s educational experience. The information obtained will be used for to evaluate parent opinion in order to improve the quality of education for its students, and also enable benchmarking of the school against other independent schools in Victoria.

After completing the survey, please ensure that you click the "Submit" button on the final page.

This survey must be completed by November 4, 2009.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and we would appreciate you answering the questions honestly based on your personal experiences with the school. You will be presented with a list of statements which relate to various aspects of your child’s school. You will need to rate each statement on a scale of 0-10, from No agreement to Complete agreement.

Either parent may fill out the questionnaire or both parents may complete the survey together. If you have more than one child attending, please complete the survey for your ELDEST child. You may also complete a survey for each child you have at the school.

Confidentiality is of paramount importance to us. We would like to emphasise that this survey is completely anonymous and no individual respondent will be able to be identified. The results will be analysed by The University of Melbourne, and only aggregate scores will be reported.
